I currently work on the Atlassian Design System, serving 15+ products and thousands of creators. A design system is a set of guidelines, standards, and reusable components that help teams build consistent web experiences faster.

Writing and refining component documentation, patterns, and foundational guidelines for the Atlassian design system. Crafting clear, consistent interface copy and establishing reusable UI copy patterns that scale across products and teams.

Content research and strategy

Conducting research to improve content outcomes, including user interviews, information architecture studies, journey mapping, naming research, audits, and measurement strategies. Defining the needs of the people affected by a system and the business creating it, and forming a strategy that benefits both.

Developer documentation and content standards

Creating API references, code examples, and standards to help teams write better content. Using docs-as-code practices to support subject matter experts in creating and maintaining documentation.
